A few of these are on my best list of this year… a few I haven’t heard of! Reblogging to remember to listen to the new stuff :)
Putting the "FUN" in "fundraising"
This past Monday I hosted a “Cookie Exchange Fundraiser” at Dexter’s Pub, the bar/grill where I sling booze (and fish!) Friday nights.
Each person brought 4 dozen cookies and we lined them all up for everyone to look at… I really wish I had gotten pictures at this point, but was too busy chatting with my friends to remember to do so. Then everyone grabbed a plate and...

I’ll listen to Christmas music while putting up the tree… Glee’s Christmas episode kinda got me in the mood anyway :)
Snowy Saturday
Sleep in. Lay in bed forever. Snuggle with the cat.
Coffee. Laundry. Watch the snow.
Sweet potato-apple latkes with brown sugar-cinnamon butter and veggie sausage patties. Glee. More coffee.
Yet to come: Run in the snow. Brewery tour. Cute boy.
I pulled out a new cat toy for Mo; he’s back at his favorite game.
December Goals
I see a lot of tumblrs doing this (creating monthly goals)… and although this stuff flies around my head, well, I always do better with a written-down list. Might as well post it here!
*Run 10 miles at once
*Run 75 miles in the month (I ran over 66 this month!)
*Drink more water! Fill up my 24 oz bottle in the morning, again at lunch, and again when I get home.
*Buy thoughtful Christmas...

CHEERS!
So hungry.
Waiting for my mouth to de-numb so I can eat without risk of chewing my tongue off. BUT my cavity fillings were not as bad as I expected them to be… first time getting work done without laughing gas (baby steps!).
